The service is very overpriced compared to competitors. I would not recommend this to anyone. I understand the extremely long-term contract. I can't imagine anyone would keep this service over a year. The 2 stars are simply due to having a polite and professional customer service.

Hi Damien, we are so sad to see you feel this way. What can we do for you? We want you to love your system, not just tolerate it :-(

Not a big fan of their service. I signed a 2 year contract with the expectation of package with cameras around the property. Upon install, zero cameras we’re able to be installed, the doorbell camera is worthless despite no less than 6 service calls, the garage door has gone haywire and needed 4 different service calls. The indoor motion detection said it won’t see small dogs. Lie. My Boston terrier set it off in the first hour. Now I have glass break. I pay $50 a month so I can occasionally open/close the garage door with my phone. That’s it.

Hi Forrest, We are so sorry you have had all these issues! I'm just checking in to see if it's going better since we were out last month? We really want you to be satisfied!
