As based on my experience dealing with BoonKeng, we always get prompt replies and updates on our import shipments and has been getting patient replies on inquiries made. When there's any issues encountered, BoonKeng and DGX team does their best to rectify and provide necessary support as much as possible. Highly recommended for your shipping requirements!
