I've used DHerbs products for about a year and a half. The products are awesome and truly work. My only complaint is the price. I feel if the prices were more affordable, they could help more people.

It made me sick and I don't appreciate not being able to get my money back if I send back the unused portion. I was sick the very next day and I called and all the representative could tell me is to stop for a couple of days and restart again. I did it but I still felt the same way. Everything isnt for everyone. I didnt have any problems with the representative so my ratings is not for her it's for the product itself

Hi Samantha, Thank you for your feedback. Everyone's body has a different reaction. When your body is introduced to something new, it naturally reacts. Being sick from the herbal supplements is something that rarely occurs, as your body tries to rid itself of something within. We try our best to assist our customers through issues like these, but you must be open to our help as we've encountered situations similar and know how to assist with solutions. Unfortunately we do not give refunds on opened products.

I did the cleanse for the entire 3 weeks. I feel exactly the same as I did before. It was a complete waste of my money and time.

This cleanse is designed to specifically help your body rid itself of infections and viral ailments. The success with this cleanse doesn't necessarily have to be measured based on how you feel, but more so what you achieved health wise.

I used to order a product from here that worked great. They told me they no longer have it because of supply issues. They suggested a similar alternative, so I ordered it. Very disappointed in the results. Not at all similar.

Hi Michael, Thank you for the review. We've had several customers contact us in regards to the Jack Rabbit Plus formula. When we suggest the JackRabbit as a substitute, we do explain that it's similar, but not quite the same product. While one formula works in an instant, the other one helps to gradually bring out the results you're looking to achieve. Hopefully you will continue with the supplement and look for different set of results other than the one you're used to with the Jack Rabbit Plus.

My first experience with Dherbs goes back to 2009 and I was far from disappointed. The Full Body Detox, Total Woman Cleanse, Parasite Cleanse and Liver Cleanse repeatedly made me feel amazing. Was saddened by the separation with the Herbalist but after having now experienced BOTH companies, I am easily comfortable with Dherbs. Unless the formulas have been drastically altered, I feel the same thorough effect as I did the first time. The service has gotten much better and within 24 hours, my package was out the door! Here is wishing both companies continued success and growth but in honesty, the lack of unnecessary waiting (up to a month after purchase) and the absence of a 'tread-lightly-lest-you're annihilated' vibe speaks of professionalism and integrity. Continue the good work. These products have been a G-dsend!

THE PERSON I WAS SPEAKING WITH BY THE NAME OF BRENDA JOHNSON WAS VERY RUDE AND REFUSED TO PUT HER SUPERIOR ON THE PHONE. I STILL DID NOT GET ACCOMPLISH WHAT I NEEDED TO. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS COMPANY TO THE BBB. I AM VERY SADDENED FOR I HEARD NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS ABOUT THIS COMPANY FROM STEVE HARVEY, UNFORTUNATELY MY EXPERIENCE WAS NOT THE SAME !!!!#

Hi Antionette, Thank you for the review. Our refund policy only allows customers to return products within 15 days after receiving it. When you spoke with Brenda in regards to a return, your order was already 30 days pass receiving it. Brenda happens to be the head of our customer service department and couldn't assist you with your request. Even though Brenda was unable to fulfill your request, our CEO did grant you a partial refund.
