Ordered the diamond eye 4" turbo back with muffler on a thursday, came on the following monday which was great!! Got the box and it had alot of holes in it, opened box and there were a "few" cardboard sheets in it for packing, muffler itself was dented pretty good,and the pipe ends were crushed, opened what was left of hardware box and a few nuts were missing, down pipe has a large dent in one of the bends, company needs a little more effort on the handling of the package

. Salesman was honnest and quite knowledgeable. I would say his really only downfall was the slight lack of confidence. Guys like myself sniff that out. Still I could tell he was on the up and up.! I appreciate his handling of my order specialy considering I was new and unfamiliar with your firm.

Exhaust Came and had some of the flanges bent I had to take a hammer to them to get the exhaust pieces to slip in together. But all in all its pretty much an exhaust clamps work lines up right and does the job.
