We were in a time crunch with an expiring cert. Yolanda was my hero today and had to call for verification multiple times due to bad connections. She very informative an told what the next steps would be. I have always had good help and response from the verification chat team... but Yolanda earned HERO status today.

I just worked with Digicert Validation support. They are always a joy to work with. They take my issues serious and are quick to solve them. Today I worked with Nathan and he was a 10/10 rep. Glad to give him a 5 star call out.

My Support person BENVINDA was great . By the end of the chat BENVINDA was able to get me taken care of with a certificate renewal.

This morning, I worked with Mitch Keyster on identifying what holdups I had for renewing my certificate. He quickly responded to me on what the issue was and was able to help identify and correct the issue for me.
