I had purchased a product key for windows 11 home instead of pro by mistake. They exchanged the key for me at no cost while talking with me live through their chat support.

I accidentally purchased the wrong key for a new Windows 11 install. I purchased a Windows 11 Home key instead of a Pro key and while speaking with Sid from customer service, they exchanged the key I purchased for the key I needed at no extra cost very quickly.

paid for a windows 11 key. first time time I clicked to process, the screen flickered and I was on the same page. No confirm email. tried again. Processed. Received key. Key was used already ging through windows system>settings. Key unknown when going through Microsoft account. Digital Chill mart contact areas on their site says click chat icon in lower left corner for live help. Chat icon is missing. Tried to post a public comment, but "captcha failed."
