I borrowed a Windows 11 installation CD from my dad and, against my better judgment, didn't double-check and assumed it was the Home version, so I purchased that key type. It turned out to be the Professional version, so I used the live chat to inquire about the exchange process. Roita was wonderful and helpful, getting me the correct key within just a few moments, and did not make me feel dumb for not having done my due diligence!

First code i got was bunk, got nervous i got jipped but decided to contact support, they replaced the key within 2 minutes and it worked great.

Bought a product key through this company and it didn't work. I messaged chat support and they hooked me up with a working key, which I was very thankful for! Ideally it's correct the first time, but things happen and they fixed the error quickly enough.

I also purchased a key that initially was not working. After chatting with customer service, they were able to provide with another OEM key that worked perfectly.
