DigitalKeysBoxReviews of digitalkeysbox.com

Purchased Microsoft Office Professional 2021. After uninstalling my previous version of Office, and rebooting the PC, I installed and activated the new version without issue. Highly recommend DigitalKeysBox.

Very Supportive 'support team'.

Great customer service. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to assist me quickly and I am very happy with the results. Would definitely use them again.

Had a little hiccup installing it but I got on the online chat and Milana was extremely helpful!! I definitely appreciate the assistance and am happy.

I bought the Home and Student 2019 edition of Microsoft Office, which is what I wanted. I only need word and excel. There was a choice to upgrade to 2019 Pro for $7 more dollars that included everything. I declined and proceeded to download. The download was taking way too long and I noticed the Pro version was being downloaded with crap I didn't want on my computer like One Drive and Skype. It took hours to remove them. 2019 isn't a very good product to begin with and 2010 version much easier to use. Lesson learned in dealing with these types of businesses. Don't buy from this company. I gave it two stars because the programs work and didn't mess up my computer too bad. I'm still trying to get all of One Drive off.

Hello , after I bought the office 2019 and installed, wanted to use it but did not open the program. I tried so many times till I got hopeless. So I started the Chat. So lucky was I when Ms. Milana replied to my chat then she guided me step by step till I got my program works in spot. I love it and. Thanks to all and Thank you Ms. Milana .

Very responsive & efficient to quickly resolve issue after purchase download.

I was having trouble getting the website needed to download Office. I went to chat and they gave me the direct link which was all I needed. I did need to uninstall the trial version of Office 365 which came with my new computer but after I did that installation was a piece of cake. Greg and Milana stayed on chat until setup was complete which took about 30 minutes. Support was great!
