I had problems installing Office, they were right there when I emailed them with two solutions. It installed and works great. I also bought Windows Pro and I had to reset my computer about a month later. I had lost the key for it. Again, they came to the rescue and sent the key after looking up the transaction. My system wouldn't update for windows 11 keys, and tech support fixed it. It takes a while to get help. But they put a new key in all is well.
