I had my system repaired Dell. My OS and and my MS Office was removed by Dell. Milana was able to successfully and professionally restore my MS Office to my machine. I'm so grateful of the speed and efficiency that Milana was able to resolve my issue. What a great day for me. Thank you so much. It was wonderful to just sit back and watch.

This company answered all of my help calls accurately and quickly. I had trouble downloading Office the first time because I wasn't sure what to do. Even though I felt silly asking such simple questions, they answered me and told me exactly what to do and it installed perfectly. The second time I needed big time help was today. I bought a new computer and the download page wouldn't download Office again since it was a different computer. I contacted them once more and they got it downloaded for me in nothing flat. I would not be afraid to buy any product from them. The service is above average, and the answer time is unbelievably short.
