Didn't Work, Fixed Almost Immediately
When what I purchased did not work I emailed them and received the immediate response "we'll get back to you within 24 hour"; then I got another response just 12 minutes later that resolved the issue. That's impressive: I would have been happy if it happened overnight.

Great customer care
Great customer care! I purchased the key several months ago and used it for my PC, but it didn't work. The customer service gave me a new key, and it worked.
