I purchased MS Office 2019 from DKB and the process, download, and install all happened flawlessly. This was my first experience with DKB so I was initially very skeptical of the site, etc. After the license key was delivered to my email inbox I avoided clicking on the supplied MicroSoft URL, opened a new browser, found the setup.office.com site, and proceeded with the install. As it turned out, the provided MS URL was legit and matched the site I found on my own. DKB's instructions were clear and accurate - including that it was necessary to complete the software activation via a phone call to MS's automated activation service. That process required typing in many numbers, but it worked. After completing the install and activation on my new laptop I returned to DKB's site and purchased another Office 2019license to upgrade my wife's laptop.

I had an issue where my activation key failed shortly after having used it. The team was speedy in responding with the exact steps to remedy this, as well as a replacement key. Will be recommending digitalkeysbox to my friends in the future!

I was wanting to upgrade our laptop from wins 8.1 to wins 10 so I went looking for the best prices. I saw this advertisement for wins 10 at an exceptionally good price so I checked it out. A person is taught that if it sounds to good to be true then it probably is. Since I pay by pay-pal I know that I will get my money back if it is scam so I bought their product key for a clean replacement to wins 10. The problem I made for myself was that I purchased the software from a laptop that already had wins 10 and the download was from their web site and I wanted it for an other laptop. I don't know what to do so I emailed their support team with my problem. They responded with a web site and how to do it. I go to the site and see things I am not computer experienced with so I get nervous about what to push. I push this tab that says start download and nothing happens. I tell my wife to tell pay-pal I want my money back. So pay-pal starts a claim and digitalkeybox e-mails me that they are not a scam. Their support team talked me through the complete retool process and I now have a new product keyed wins 10 on my laptop.

I had an issue when I first downloaded it cuz I didn't realize you had have Windows 10 for that particular program it was quickly remedied as they provided me a Microsoft office 2016. I spoke with Milana and she instructed me how to get it installed and it was a great experience!

Very good support, even before I bought the license. I had problems with two other providers and they just "disregarded" the issues with 32 and 64 bit issue. DigitalKeysBox explained and gave me both links so that I could get the correct sw download. This company is recommended due to their willingness to do the extra.
