I ordered 2019 Publisher without knowing it would not install on my Windows 8.1 computer. The staff worked with me over several days to get me a 2016 version that works perfectly. Kudos to Emily Cooper there for helping me.

The quoted key delivery time of 5 minutes is a joke and they dont send you the key. They email you a link where you sign in and then it will show you the product key. It took a couple of hours to get the email, but other than that the key worked and I had no problems after that. Great value. Cant beat it. Just be patient. Windows 10 pro
