John was very helpful in that he double checked to be sure the correct items were ordered and that the delivery process was explained.

I don't understand why I needed to talk to a chat agent to complete my online order (shipping to California). I received error, "Your order cannot be completed at this time as there is no shipping methods available for it. Please make neccessary changes in your shipping address." when clicking on Place Order. Support Agent, Jane, was able to complete my order, although I was skeptical to provide my credit card information to complete the purchase.

Victor helped me and we got it done. However, I didn't know white glove platinum was a thing and I'm awaiting the additional cost. I didn't like that surprise.

Kate was awesome and helped me out gave me guidance and made this purchase possible

This review is for Pam and for good customer service in helping me through an order. I’m very excited to receive much needed new dining room chairs. I can only give a 4 until order is received. Hope ordering online was a smart move and not a mistake. I used PayPal to process secure payment.
