Ordered and paid for a $300 slider several months ago. when it didn't arrive I contacted customer service, who told me the item was on back order. After a few month of waiting and several more emails, I asked for my money back. Crickets. Now their phone number doesn't work and no one replies to the "we'll answer back immediately" chat box on their web site. Wondering if they went out of business...

The lack of communication was really disappointing and they weren’t even able to fulfill my order… sadly, a complete waste of time. They want me to call to see if an item is in stock then don’t pick up the phone after 3 calls during business hours, never return my call. 3 business days pass and no update on my order. I email them for an update, they say they are going to call me immediately, don’t call for 2 days… then almost a week after placing my order and dealing with the terrible communication, they cancel my order and refund me… extremely unprofessional

Badly. If I don't email, I wouldn't even know that you are not working with the supplier anymore. The order had sat there for 2 weeks.

I'm very sorry about your expirience. As a small business we make mistakes. Yes since we stoped working with Portkeys your order got lost and the order was placed on June 14...

I highly recommend Diopte. They were very responsive and responsible for helping me get a router and 4 power supplies from a company based in the Netherlands that other companies could not get for me. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Good Day. Thank you for your kind review. I'm sorry about your experience. We Don't scam people. As a matter a fact, your 50$ order to the Philippines got flagged by our system as "Characteristics of this order are similar to fraudulent orders observed in the past" Same day, you have requested a refund, stating that you have closed your Credit card due to high interest. We have issued a refund, and you are still requesting us to make a refund to your PayPal.

The order was taken right away and confirmation received by e mail. Unfortunately it is over two weeks since then and no confirmation of shipping has taken place
