Excellent customer service and beautiful gift wrapping presentation.

These shadows are very pigmented blend easily and are top notch high quality. Your eye look comes out gorgeous every time. The Quints are easy to carry and travel with. Dior makes some amazing shadows.

Horrible customer support and broken website! My wife and I tried to purchase a perfume through the website multiple times without any success. It wouldn’t accept any credit or debit card from any device regardless how many times we tried over the course of 1 week. The customer service via email would respond with a big delay with a generic answer that doesn’t solve any issues. The customer service over the phone doesn’t want us to pay by credit/debit card either and want us to use PayPal only. After multiple attempts over the course of a week we finally had to create a PayPal account in order to purchase anything from their website. If my wife didn’t like their perfume so much we’d never shop from Dior again.

Beautiful packaging

Dior.com is a terrific website! They had whet I wanted (the original Miss Dior fragrance in both the perfume and lighter cologne. The items were delivered rapidly, safely, and beautifully packged. In addition, some lovely samples that I was asked to choose for myself were included. As always with Dior, everything was done with style & class!
