Shipping was prompt and the packaging was awesome.

I definitely asked for a gift wrap, but it arrived in a really messy way. I was really disappointed in this part, and I had to pay back and buy wrapping paper and ribbons, and gift wrapping. I will never order again.

My palette arrived broken - still waiting to hear what’s to be done about it. FYI - if the texture of the eyeshadows has changed, then chances are your shipping procedures should be updated. My eyeshadows arrived banging the inside of the box, thus no wonder it was broken when it arrived.

I was so happy with my order that i actually cried from the happiness when I opened the box! I am using my Serum and noticed result! Dior is a magic! Love you Dior!!!!

Love the gift wrap and everything, but the weather is apparently too hot for the tape on the box. The box was open when I received it, but luckily everything is intact.

I received a box from Dior that was supposed to have lipstick in it but was empty. I emailed Dior to let them know what had happened and never received the lipstick. Very disappointed in this company.

I loved on how they wrap my gift and the packaging is perfect with thank you note. The lipstick I bought is really nice too. Thank you Dior!
