Your packaging is extremely wasteful. 2 medium-size boxes and stuffed with paper for 2 tiny items. I know you want to project luxury and elegance but your products speak for themselves. You need to be a bit more environmentally sensitive.

Your website would not accept my order. It took several phone contacts before someone would put my order through.

Shipping took a couple of days. However, when arrived, my product was beautifully wrapped. Overall, I love my perfume “Diorissimo” and would order from Dior directly again.
