Dior USReviews of dior-us.com

Gorgeous packaging for my Dior cosmetics order! I felt like I received the full boutique treatment through my mail box! Thank you so much for the excellent service! I look forward to my next online order!

Excellent service, fast shipping

The edp is my favourite one and also my wife like it on me

You made the purchase feel special! And, of course, your products are so special and my daughters are so excited to receive their gifts from DIOR! Thank you.

The website is not user friendly at all. During checkout, it constantly shows checkout error. Dior-US does not accept credit card, only accept PayPal. There are many bugs on the website. Half a year passed but on one fixed anything. When I call dior’s customer service, email or ask your SA, no one can explain about the problems. They just C&P some irrelevant instructions and never answer my question. Really poor experience.

Extremely pleased with my purchase. Love the holiday nail polish splendid pink. Since nail polishes are considered hazmats it had to be ground shipped, so it took a little longer to arrive in covid pandemic era. Color is beautiful and quality is top-notch. Will shop again at Dior.com

Right stuff, right price.

Always great
