I never received a reply to an email I sent to customer service regarding my order.

I love my new collection. Am glad I bought it, received so many compliments at work. Waiting to purchase the other travel size I was given as the smell is breathtaking. Oud ispahan is the best ever.

Ordered the Miss Dior Originale for my wife (its been her scent for 30 years). REALLY didn't like the new Miss Dior. Glad the original (or something really close to it) is back. My wife smells like my wife again. The box it came in was really pretty and she loved that I bought her the perfume we've both loved all these years. Excellent presentation as well.

Wayyy too slow a delivery time. I ordered a cosmetic product on Chanel.com on the same day and it arrived more than a week before the Dior one. Also, the amount of packaging is shameful and grotesque, it does not make the experience feel any more luxurious, at least to me....

It takes a while longer to receive my purchases.

My items were wrapped so beautifully, I almost didn’t want to open. Everything came together at the same time, and quickly. I will definitely order online again. The surprise gifts were thrilling also! I love Dior xoxo
