Love Dior! From the quick ship to the beautiful packaging! It was all amazing!

Worst customer services ever!!!

My package was never delivered because UPS said the street number was wrong. I only found this out because I checked the tracking number, I got no notification for Dior. I checked the invoice and my address was correct so I reached out to Dior for help. Both representatives told me the package would be returned to them and I would get a refund. I explained I don’t want a refund, I want to receive my order. I was told I would need to place a new order. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I feel like they weren’t interested in trying to help at all.

Everything was shipped promptly and packaged beautifully...Makes a wonderfully presented gift...The samples included are very generous...I actually reordered one...Be sure to check orders carefully as any mistakes cannot be changed...you must make returns to correct....Service is impeccable...

I love my lovely package, top notch, love the gifts I received, loved the lipstick, moist but matte does not move into the creases of my lips. An Elegant look.
