My order was shipped quickly, but it was accidentally duplicated. I called customer service twice for a return label, but all I have received is a request for review. Incidentally, when I first learned that a second package was being shipped I tried to cancel it online, but there was no response from customer service.

Amazing presentation of the product when it arrived. And they send you more with samples than you would get if you ordered from Amazon.

Been nine days since I placed my order & it hasn’t arrived yet. If it doesn’t arrive soon then I’ll dispute the purchase & demand a refund.

when i open the box, missing the gift bag,, then I called customer service she told me to waiting 24 hours to get the confirmation number.
