Best online shopping ever! Great package too!

I returned my purchase over a week ago and have still to get my money back. My purchase was for the foaming face cleanser. I adore the product, but am trying another brand foaming cleanser so I returned the Dior foaming cleanser.

Upon receiving my foundation, I found it had leaked all over the inside of the packaging and bottle. Tons of foundation wasted. I emailed the company, and have not heard back in over a week. Really disappointed, and probably will not order again now. I just wanted it rectified. A new bottle, and return this one, or a discount for all the wasted foundation. But I send the email over a week ago, and no response.

Great experience! Not being able to buy this product at a local store, I ordered directly from Dior. Excellent on-line experience. My shipment arrived as expected. Unexpected - it arrived in a beautiful gift-packed box that made me feel very special. Oh, yes, it was much less expensive to order directly from Dior than from Amazon.

Return accepted quickly but cost was $11 to me to send back. I would think Dior could have a return label for their customers.
