Dior online is terrible. My money came out of my account for 3 days then they canceled the transaction for 10 days so I went and bought Dior from the store and then it came in the mail and they charged me for their mistake never buying from them again.

I made the purchase but didn’t receive a confirmation by email but received a reminder to completed the order. I checked my credit card 2 days later, the the transaction is pending. I checked my credit care 4 days after I purchased, the transaction didn’t make it. I thought maybe the transaction didn’t complete. I made purchase again. Ending up, I received my “first” order by mail and it charged to my credit card and my “second” order is also charged and shipped to me.

Wonderful service! I received my product packaged beautifully and in record time. I'm always very pleased.

I love this palette. I only love 1/2 of it though. The peach and bronzer colors. I’m not a fan of bronzers , I wish you would take it out of palettes altogether. I also wish you’d put the peach color in a single compact. It’s the only true peach color out there and its so beautiful!!

Customer service was great, I waited patiently for the delivery of almost 2 weeks however but well worth the wait.

I had great difficulty resolving a simple issue pertaining to the color of a lipstick. I had to take photos of the product sent to me several times before I was refunded.
