Not only are the Dior products the very best, so is the service at Dior.com. The order arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. I very much appreciate the samples too.

Packaging was beautiful but unfortunately I'm returning the perfume because it's a little too strong for me.

Love the products. I’m in my 40 but have been using the line since my early 20’s. The only reason I give it a 4 star is because I recall getting great gifts with the purchase anywhere you bought them. Now we just get samples. I don’t think it’s fair since they are so much more expensive than other brands. Also the quality of the skin care containers, lids to the eye make up leave much to be desired. I use them a few times and the break off. ALL OF THEM !!!! The lids to the refillable capture totale creme broke off after the first month.

Love the website. They could do better with communication regarding order - shipping, etc.
