My order was not processed because billing made an error and incorrectly stated my payment had been rejected. No one called me. After 14 business days I called re status of my order and then found out about billing error and had them correct it. My cc payment had gone through when the order was placed. Poorly handled and even poorer lack of communications.

This experience went fast and informative. And service performed correctly, apparently. Also, service record made immediately available. Very different from first service request just about 3 or 4 weeks before when aids still had same problem after service supposedly was performed. To obtain service record on first repair required multiple requests from multiple people. It was apparently a secret. Anyway, aids working well now.

The customer service was great. I would give 5 stars, but charging me $15 to ship a part smaller and lighter than a wedding band via slow mail was a bit ridiculous.
