I have had complete service without any interruptions. Any questions or concerns related to what was included or what my charges were were handled quickly and professionally.

No complaints! The setup was painless, and I haven't yet regretted signing a two year contract. But we will see!

As far as tv service goes, they were great. They gave me a great deal on the nfl package, and they came out when they said they would, which is unusual. They also accommodated my request of putting the dish where I couldn't see it.

Happy with the programming and price. Was choosing between comcast and directv, but from what I hear, ya can't go wrong with a free subscription of showtime, hbo, and nfl sunday ticket.

I've been happy with both the customer service(from sale to setup) and I think they might just be the best in the business(although we haven't had other services so I can't say for sure). Keep up the good work Directv!

I was searching for hours on DIRECTV.com trying to get a bundle price for DIRECTV+Internet. Went to DirectStarTV.com and my bundle price was right there in front of me. Great website, and good online cart.
