It was a good experience and I hope it all will come true.

It was time for us to renew our service at $196.00 a month. Every month it kept going up $10.00 a month without a contract. We took the $89.00 special with internet, home phone and Direct T.V. They told use it would be the same package as we had. NOT SO! We have about 10 less major channels, no GSN, One America News, Chiller, Cloo, Fox Business,ME-TV, and several others. When the wind blows or rain we have interruptions because of the dish. Not worth the change and ATT U-Verse not worth $196.00 a month.

I don't trust big corporations, but I spoke to an extremely intelligent young woman. She was very smart and extremely polite. This is the first time in my life that I had such a nice experience with a representative of a big corporation. I would give this person 5 stars. I gave 4 stars because I still don't trust big corporations. I chose Direct TV because I live in Florida and HATE Frontier communication that took over Verizon in Florida. I also HATED Verizon.

Had to change install appointment due to a Doctors appointment. It was easy and fast had a very nice rep who helped me to change to 04/28/16 between 8 and 12.

I switched from dish because after my new customer promotions where over, dish treated me very rudely and made me feel like i was put to the way side. I was treated very poorly so i took my buisness to direct tv.

The costume care technician was not only knowledgeable but friendly. Very impressed.
