I received my very first order, it was a lot less expensive, and arrived in a timely manner. The problem was, they sent me another person's order. I had to call customer service and talk to 3 different people before, finally, after 20 minutes on the phone, they said they would send my correct prescription. I was told I would get a call back to let me know if they were going to expedite the order since it was their mess up but I never received a call. Just an email stating they processed my order. However, I did get it within 2 days with expedited delivery.

I had to "jump through" a bunch of steps to eventually get to what I needed. I got it in the end, but a "good" place wouldn't have this exact processur you save to follow or you can't get what you need.
