Ordering is very easy. Also, the few times I have had to call for fix issue or clarify something like with the last order there was no waiting time and service rep was very helpful and friendly.

DiRx has meds that my Medicare drug plan won't cover, and at low prices. Easy to reorder . the one thing I wish they were better about, letting the provider and the client know why an order isn't being filled.Like the med ordered isn't carried in the form ordered, as in SL ordered, but not carried.
