The process of getting the prescription filled was good but still waiting for the prescription to arrive I wished they used UPS instead of the USPS. The prescription as stalled in the location with no help to get it.

Cannot get prescriptions filled, pharmacist- Prianca- will not return phone calls, after 10 days , I am still waiting for simple medicines like metformin- one dept blames the other, calling MD office or lack of MD response are all exuses for their inefficiency including no live person answering phone calls or returning phone calls even when the calling number is given- Inefficient set up- so far -- but opinions like this can make you better- I will not use DIRX again though.

DiRx filled my prescription at a MUCH lower price than I was previously paying. The order process was smooth, their automated communications were accurate and helpful, and when I reached out with a question they responded almost immediately. I appreciate that my 90-day order came in a single bottle -- much less plastic waste than the multiple bottles I got from two local pharmacies. (If I had a single, minor suggestion, it would be that they could use even less packaging in their shipment.) I'm looking forward to ordering from them again.
