This was suggested by my doctor. Only problem was process to activate was many days. Then the time to fill the order & ship was many more days. I had to call my doctor to make 30 day order with my local drug store because I was now out of pills. I had been taking my pills every other day for 5 days, hoping your order would come soon.

This was my first order. It wasn’t apparent that I would have to contact my doctor for a prescription. After getting that, all of my experiences were positive. I had an issue with USPS delivery, but that wasn’t DiRx’s responsibility.

Everyone I spoke with on the phone was friendly, kind and helpful. The service was quick. However, the label and accompanying materials for someone else's medication were shipped with mine.

Very smooth procedure.. just make sure you have enough supply before you order for the first time.. they took my prescription from my pharmacy and processed it
