The reasons are many. The service was very quick, prices are great but the main reason I was so pleased is the ability to speak to customer service so quickly and have them explain everything so throughly. I had never used on-line pharmacy so it was difficult to understand how it worked at first. I am glad I figured it out, with the very patient customer service techs. They were patient, kind and very helpful. Now I am saving trips for my husband to the pharmacy as well as saving money with DIRX low prices!

Most of the time I receive my order within 2 weeks. But this time I was billed for all 4 of my scripts, but it’s been nearly a month and I’m still waiting for my last one to come here. I have to take it every 4 weeks and it’s due next weekend. Still haven’t heard from DiRX that it has even been shipped out yet. This does not make me happy, as it usually takes about 7 days once it’s been mailed.
