I had an issue with the key sent me it came up as being already in use. I sent an email to support which was responded to very quickly. They sent me a new key which worked fine. Excellent support. Thank you

I can't say it's the best I've seen, but either way it works. So I can recommend it.

Excellent quick service and troubleshoot. Only thing is this key is only good till youre current windows installation. If your system needs new windows installation you will need new key. Still I saw the value and took the chance.

I purchased this with the intent to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro 64-bit from a 32-bit one. Initially I was told it couldn't be done. I was finally told a media flash drive needed to be downloaded with windows then I needed to do a new install and select 64-bit at that time.

Everything worked well except that the link provided to download in the email didn't work. But if you can figure out where to download on the Microsoft site it isn't an issue. Most developers will not be confounded by that little detail. The link did not work so it does not take you to the product page.

Very simple instructions and very easy installation. Could not ask for better.
