I requested a refund for a magazine that DiscountMags renewed automatically when my renewal expiration date actually had 2 more years to go. DiscountMags customer service was very professional and responsive to my request, and refund happened in a timely manner. I will definitely use DiscountMags for any additional magazine purchases.

Watched my subscription turn digital. I have no interest in spending any more time on the computer reading a 'magazine.' Contacted Subscription Services who canceled subscription and credited my account for a different publication. Good company. Good service.

Discount magazines was a terrific website to order magazines through, I had a little trouble not receiving one of my magazines that I ordered and when I contacted discount magazines they answered right away and help me the whole to get it straightened out.
