Saw others mention issues on discussions. I wrote nebula directly, and their reply came with a $39 review fee deducted

Contacted nebula after noticing triple charges in two weeks. their reply blamed system queue and refused reversal. The next email billed me fifty dollars for priority handling. The original report never arrived, but my account kept shrinking. What should have been a ten dollars experiment turned into a chain of unjustified withdrawals

I asked a simple question about why I was charged twice. Instead of an answer nebula added a $50 case fee to my account. That was only response I got

I described my problem by email, after which Nebula sent me an invoice for support. No real help followed

I added my story to apple discussions after seeing others complain about nebula. First I paid for a trial that renewed without asking. Then, every email I sent for help came with a new small fee on my bank statement. it's unbelievable that trying to solve a problem costs more than the original service

All of my screenshots was pasted and showing that my sub was canceled. Yet this app billed me again the next week. The excuses was that charges had been pre-scheduled

I wrote to nebula after my first complaint was ignored. A week later I got a new invoice for $50 for 'priority handling'. They still haven't solved the original problem, so now I'm out more money than before
