Overall
Overall, I had a good experience. Things were a little complicated at first and took some time to work through, but they ultimately came through and resolved everything. I appreciate that they followed through and made things right in the end.

Was very professional and quick but didn’t receive my digital copy of the certificate, also didn’t receive the ceremony video…

I appreciate the convenience of being…
I appreciate the convenience of being able to marry online. I feel that the $420 was a bit excessive. If this is the requirement to meet living expenses of employees, I get it; but if it was to give employees a higher than needed check, that’s infuriating, and I don’t expect you to care. We have a child to take care of.

Not very user friendly
The concept and everything is amazing & things got done quick but there was a lot of small things that kept having mistakes or issues especially on the online application forms that should take no more than 15 minutes but it took a couple of days due to issues with the ID verification and having to get sent a bunch of links with the corrections and there still being issues beyond that.

Cost to time doesn’t make sense
Cost to time doesn’t make sense, however for doing it on a holiday weekend and for the convenience it was good.
