Its been over a year...
Its been over a year and I'm still having to deal with them because they kept sending my paperwork to my ex and vice versa. They refused to admit and correct their mistake until my ex sent pictures confirming they sent the incorrect paperwork. I've gotten packets that are missing forms. Reaching out to the case manager is practically impossible as you have to email, wait, and schedule a phone call. I regret not getting an attorney. This company sucks.

Honestly thought this would be more…
Honestly thought this would be more helpful more able to talk to some one freely. You guys being more helpful for certain things. And for situations like mine where I cant find my ex wife and or have her social security number you guys won't accept it. That isnt fair and sure isnt worth 1000 dollars. For this type of lazy help

Don't do it
When I received forms packet, questions I hadn't even answered about Property all showed "No" answers. If I'd been asked about a house, I would have answered "Yes". Of course I have a bank account (nearly everyone does); clothing and jewelry worth more than $100. The directions with the forms are very confusing, and I'm a rather intelligent person. Do not waste your time, energy or money with this "business". Go to a mediator..a real human...for even an uncontested divorce. It might cost a bit more, but it will be worth it.

I've been waiting for the paperwork to…
I've been waiting for the paperwork to finalized my divorce. Went to the courthouse and it has not been filed. Paided About 6 months ago. No response to my emails thus far.

My paperwork keeps getting sent back…
My paperwork keeps getting sent back with errors that should have been caught the first time. The repeated mistakes and lack of proper review are extremely frustrating, especially for the amount of money this process costs. On top of that, communication has been poor, responses take days, and your office hours are inconsistent and confusing. This experience has been stressful, unprofessional, and very disappointing.

Deceptive Rip off
They don’t do common things that are in uncontested divorces like quit claim deeds or pension division documents. They don’t warn you they don’t do them. You find out by going through their format and discovering that it’s missing. The action of going to the end of that online format prevents you from getting a refund when you discover they can’t meet the basic elements of your uncontested divorce. I ended up spending $1000 for absolutely nothing.

The instructions and help with forms…
The instructions and help with forms was fine but it was the delay in service. Wasted weeks just for forms to be reviewed.
