There's no other way to put this, other than that this place is absolutely horrible. There's no way you guys can justify selling a ps2 for $270, when you are paying customers $20 for theirs. That's over 10x the profit, so there is no way you rise and lower prices based on inventory when you are paying people that much and then you took the prices for trade-in's off your website cause you got called out, this company needs some serious rework cause this is ridiculous. Also why is everything on here answered with the same,

Hi Avery, Our prices are according to the services we provide. We test everything we receive to make sure it's in working condition and that it is 100% authentic. If repairs to the items are needed we also do that. We clean all the products before shipping them out to you so they look brand new! We also take into consideration the current market on products. Finally we offer a 120 day warranty on all of our products and have a great support staff on standby to answer any questions or issues you have with one of our products. - Thanks, DK

WAY overpriced, terrible customer service, items in rough shape... AVOID at all cost. There are WAY better alternatives online to purchase retro video games.

I understand your frustration. Our prices come from the fact that we are always trying not to sell out and keep things in stock. To do that we need to predict what we will sell in the future and prepare to have that stock in place. When we predict wrong and sell way more than predicted our prices will go up because we could run out of stock and we have to buy back quickly and to do that we need to pay more. When we predict wrong and sell way less than predicted our prices will go lower because we have too much stuff and can pay less to restock. Our services are just that. We try to have services that people want. Our prices are also according to the services we provide. We test everything we receive to make sure it's in working condition and that it is 100% authentic. This is an absolute horrible and dishonest place to do business as far as I am concerned. I wish I could give less than 1 star!! I sent in a PSP game system to sell to them. It was in perfect working order. They said it was a Japanese version and would not pay me for it. I told them fine and to just let me know the procedure to have the item returned and that I would pay the postage. I have sent 4 emails requesting how to get my property back and they refuse to give me an answer. This has been ongoing for over a week. I asked for a way to contact the owner and they will not answer. I don't know what else to do at this point but to warn others to just beware that if you send something in to them it is subject to being confiscated without payment!

I have been trying to contact them for a while, a couple weeks so far, and I keep getting the same auto response, they sold my bf a broken system. An NES to be exact. It came broken and they won’t answer us, refund us, or even offer to take a look at it. Sucks to have bought from scammers. I’m over waiting. We don’t even want the system anymore, we want our money back so we can buy a WORKING one.

This store overprices their products greatly and destroys the retro game market. 200 dollars for a wii? You're insane if you think that's a fair price. Do not support these con artists.

What ever you do, don't buy from this shop.... no matter how desperate or in a rush you are it just isn't worth it. I have a small collection that I'm searching for missing pieces that I desperately needed, the prices are nearly twice what you would find on ebay at times and half the quality!!! Not only did I get a gamecube that was broken, with controller ports pushed in, the black wii console was not only missing parts, but was homebrewed and unable to even read discs. It didn't come with oem controllers but cheap off brands, rock candy for wii and gamestop cheapies for the gamecube?1?! Like seriously how is this even still in business with this type of performance???? Not to be the nail in the coffin for me was the "customer service" as they try an call it. Where I needed to give my order number back to them in a reply about my order number as they couldn't even find it? How do you take my money, toss me the cheapest crap you can find an still call it a business.... at this point you would actually have a better chance of getting better service from Gamestop at this point. 🤨 so save your money, an if you feel like you really want to get ripped off for shady deals, go to a back alley deal at 2am for a Craigslist post instead.

Hello JD, I am sorry you have had a bad experience with us. We have thousands or orders so without the order number or other identifying information we could not be able find your order. We would be happy to send replacements for the consoles you were unhappy with as we do for all of our customers. Our console come with replica remotes so we can offer a fair price, but you always have the option to upgrade to the original controllers on the item page on our website. Our prices are set the way they are because we test, clean, and guarantee our consoles to work with a 120 day warranty. If you have any other questions please reach out to us.

I ordered 2 NES games and one of them would not work. Thankfully I have the tools to open it and the plastic brackets that keep the board in place were broken (but there were no plastic pieces inside the cartridge, which means it did not break during shipping, and was sent to me in that state) so the board was pushed so far into the cartridge it wouldn't connect to the NES' pins. I managed to fasten it with a screw but the game still wouldn't work, I tried cleaning it over and over again, I even opened and cleaned my console. Turns out that the board had been flipped the wrong way, which means the game had been opened (probably cleaned) then inserted incorrectly again by DKOldies and screwed on, potentially damaging the plastic further. Anyways I flipped the board and the game now works. The cartridge was sold as cosmetically flawed but what I got was unplayable, and would have remained that way if I didn't just happen to have the right screw-drivers. I spent like 2 hours on this. The other NES game worked fine. But the Sega Dreamcast game I ordered had a huge crack in the jewel case so I had to replace that. It was not sold as cosmetically flawed so it means it was either damaged already or packaged poorly. I am not happy with my experience and I do not recommend it.
