Had a good experience with DK Oldies selling a bunch of old Wii stuff, remotes, games, etc. Went back and forth just outlining what I had and what they would pay. They paid the cost of shipping everything to them and then promptly sent me a check in the mail once they received my items.

Items I've ordered have always arrived in good condition and working well. Sales frequently happen on more well-known retro games as well. A great website to order retro gaming products.

My first experience selling to them I thought was great! I had over 100 items (games, consoles, controllers, accessories, cables, etc.). I submitted a list with a detailed description of each item including any condition issues. I thought their offer price was fair. Not GREAT but fair enough to allow me to sell everything to one buyer instead of individually. They made a slight price reduction after receiving my items but nothing that was blatantly ridiculous. They were patient with me in getting all those items packed up and had good prompt customer service. They’re a little stingy on sending out their prepaid shipping labels but with those many items I had no choice but to use 5 large boxes. They accept boxes up to 50 pounds a piece but it’s not very sensible to pile 50 pounds of items on top of sensitive delicate electronics. I was overall pleased with the transaction. About a week later I sent them a detailed list for about 12 vintage video games and they’re offer was much less appealing. I figured up that an offer of $35 would have been a rock bottom low price. Lower or even half the offer price from used sights. They only offered me $22? I was quite disappointed and decided not to proceed with the transaction. One of my games was even on their list of current games they were looking to buy in particular. I guess with everything in life it’s hit or miss.

They have good customer service I love what they are doing trying to keep the old gaming consoles alive

I am very happy with my orders I got ps3 cod black ops 2 and PS1 and ps2 games more ps3 games they come in very good condition however I didn't like how my ps3 game was package there was no bubble wrap on it but other then that everything works perfectly and is clean as a whistle I am very satisfied with my orders and how they got to me besides the bubble wrap thank you dkoldies for a very good experience

Great experience and a trustworthy team. I'll admit that these are not your garage sale or Ebay prices but the level of care they do to clean, maintain, and warranty their items is amazing. Not going to get that level of Peace-of-mind from Ebay.

I purchased 4 controllers first. Three out of four were extremely good controllers!! I bought one more to replace the one and it did not work, but after a very civil email convo with Rob he has agreed to send me a replacement which has impressed me greatly. Thankyou DK Oldies!!

Initially I couldn't get the NES system to work with any game. After I sent it back for an exchange, Scott assured me he would make the situation right. The second system also had issues, but Scott offered to send out a Retron 5 at no cost to compare the units vs the individual games. I hooked up the Retron and a few of the games were dead, but I deep cleaned the NES system and got it to work with a handful of games. Overall, Scott definitely made the situation right, even though I decided to send back the Retron with the games that didn't work. He refunded me appropriately.
