Shopping for the items I was looking for was very easy. Check out and delivery were fast... but the most important part was the personal customer service they gave me ensuring I received the right parts for my chair as quickly as possible.

I had the proper description of the part and the staff helped me through to identify the part number and found the color and ordered the part. They communicated clearly of time of arrival and stayed in constant contact to see that the product was finished. After the worst experiences I had with Nu Motion wheelchair repairs, it is refreshing to find a good DME and parts seller.

Tyler has been amazingly helpful to me. He always knows exactly what I’m looking for and need for my chair. He is my “go to” person whenever I’m looking for wheelchair parts. Excellent customer service.
