order was not correct
Seat has no padding at all, not really explained. Handrims were not what ordered. Backpack was a cotton duct material not nylon as described. Chair from Tilite is nice.

A wheelchair seat cushion is not included with the wheelchair but it is offered on our website when purchasing the wheelchair. You selected "None" in the wheelchair cushion selection section. We carry many types of cushions from all the major brands on the market. Visit our website or call for more detailed information. The handrims equipped on the chair are the only type offered with your rear wheel selection. We apologize for the misunderstanding with this feature. The handrims are made from the same high quality material, the color of the metal is the only difference. The backpack you received is a new style offered by TiLite and we appreciate your comment about the material. It can be returned for a full refund if it does not meet your satisfaction. Thanks again. Smooth and fluid brakes.
The brakes are very proficient. The handles are comfortable. The design and motion is very smooth. They fit tight to the frame. When the handles are locked the handles are out of the way when transfering.
