Having complained about a very late report and poor service, I have to say that the new team at DNA contacted me and have completely redeemed themselves and sorted out matters for us incredibly quickly. Fair enough and I have uprated positively my recent experience of them accordingly.

Very helpful customer service. Website and ordering is a bit of a trick and as it is I ordered the full panel and did not get the harlequin gene tested. I wasn’t interested in it but it seems that the ordering or panels should be more clear cut. However I could have called customer service on this specific and did not. Overall very happy. Will use again for my litters. But will be consulting with customer service in future to ensure I get results I want.
