I'm nervous
Update: I understand. Thank you for responding. I have seen you reply with updates on cases, such as not enough fetal DNA in samples or how many times you have contacted them back, ect. So was just checking back to hopefully see all was solved for them and their heartbreak. I have had a good experience so far...but have not had my baby yet. I'm nervous for all these reviews about the test being wrong. This is such an important test in so many lives. I have been coming back to see if any have been resolved or DDC comments back with what happened. I am sending positive thoughts to those with false results. :( Its hard to believe "100 percent" accuracy when seeing that. But I'm having hope.

8-6-20: It's natural to be nervous and we understand how important these tests are in people's lives, so we are careful to process each test extremely carefully. Keep in mind that claims of false results are just that...claims. We follow up on every claim and, as a laboratory that maintains the highest levels of accreditation, we stand behind our test results 100%. We would not have been in business so long (since 1995) by providing inaccurate results. Also please understand we operate according to HIPAA guidelines, and so we cannot be the ones to comment publicly in this forum about any resolution. We have found that very few customers who claimed "false" results only to have a postnatal test confirm that their prenatal test was actually accurate ever take the trouble to correct their review.
