Delayed twice
Took my samples on a Tuesday and got told I would have results by Monday of the following week. Sunday night I got an email that my results would be delayed to Wednesday instead, I was okay with this since I know things happen but come Wednesday I get an email that my results had been delayed another two days. It was quite frustrating since we paid so much money & we really were depending on those results sooner. I did speak to the manager but he wasn’t much help he just said the lab was working on it..

6/24/20: Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We understand that relationship testing is stressful, which is why we do everything possible to complete each test and provide a report to our customers as soon as possible. Sometimes with DNA analysis, additional testing is required in order to obtain conclusive results. Although we understand the few days' wait can be hard, that extra time is absolutely necessary to ensure you can have the peace of mind that your report is accurate.
