My experience with DDC was very good. My experience at the site where the collection was done was not so good. I had to wait for almost an hour even though I had a scheduled appointment time. They were very unorganized and I was fearful that the sample would not get to it's destination.

My questions about the biological relationship of a new grandchild were answered after the test results of the easy-to-use test packet were delivered to me. The representatives that assisted me were courteous and understanding, and the testing was confidential with a quick turn around time. The report was complete and easy to read.
