A bit underwhelming
I have a problematic issue for which I did a lot of research and got panels of lab work from two different labs. In those labs, 5 different values were out of normal range. I provided the lab reports along with a relatively detailed description of symptoms and the circumstances under which the issue arose. The initial response I got from Doctorspring was little more than a few small sentences which appear to have taken into account only one of the values which was off in the lab results (ignoring the other tests and other 4 abnormal values). In this response they did not ask any questions or provide any real guidance toward further resolving the issue. After I pursued my unanswered questions further I was able to get a bit more info in later replies. Overall, I guess they provided nearly what one would expect for a low-cost medical advice service. I had hoped for more depth and for more information up-front without having to address each issue separately. If you are willing to ask follow-up questions, waiting a day for each reply, then you should be able to get the general information you need.
