I learned how to be calmer coming into the house. I have been more praising her and that gets her more excited. Bad!!

Support from the Dog Academy was superb. Course requirements were easy to understand and guidance was given if needed. Support team (Savannah) was amazing.

This course was presented really well. It was very comprehensive. I am happy that I took this course, and I certainly learned a lot while taking this course.

So far our experience with Dog Academy has been really good. We got lucky getting an offer for the Psychiatrist Service Dog pack. It comes with a lot of courses of all type and they are all very clear. You can take your time to do the exams (the ones us as parents gotta do) so you’re not on a clock in case you have a busy life. The videos for each lesson are very short and go straight to the point, not like some YouTube videos. I wish they had a dog trainer closed to us, because that’s what we initially booked, but I guess we ended up doing our best, and still do, for our dog Luigi to become a psychiatrist service dog for my husband. Just finished the exam videos for the service dog, so hoping will pass and if not, will keep trying!! The exams are pretty easy and a for an everyday life. Enter a store in controlled manner, enter a restaurant, avoid food and any temptations, sit hold and then come & finally enter and exit any form of transportation. They gotta last at least 30 seconds!

The way the material was presented was done well. The contents was well organized and had many new details that I did not know or expanded on details that I had before.

The were so professional, very personable, knowledgeable. I never had to explain anything twice. I have already suggested another client for training.

Simple and well explained instruction! Looking forward to applying the new tactics I learned.

The initial operator I spoke with was exceptional. He explained the course curriculum in detail answering my question and concerns. Abby’s obedience training in the basics and advanced commands extremely helped with the curriculum. We both learned an abundance amount.
