This experience was great and very helpful to my knowledge! My dog is already trained, so I didn’t have to do very much to add to her knowledge. Although, I did go through the steps a couple times with her, to make she she got it all! This course really extended my knowledge on the whole thing! I’ve wanted to have my baby ESA certified for awhile, that’s why she’s already trained, I just never knew how to do it. But this whole experience made it very easy for me!

I signed up for this course back in January 2023. I adopted my dog Bella who needed training as a service dog. I signed up with Dog Academy for S.D. training. Five months of extensive training and showing proof of her training wasn't an easy task for me. With multiple rejected training videos until we were able to complete & pass each assigned Public Access Test (PAT) correctly required by law for Bella to pass and receive her certification was long, at times frustrating, and daunting but rewarding in the end, leaving no room for error. I thank Dog Academy for their stellar patience with me. Customer Support was always excellent, and able to answer any questions I presented with the utmost level of professionalism. I especially give a shout-out to Melissa, who oversaw the training and reviewed each video with a high level of expertise and explanation while pushing me for the same until Bella could legally pass. I can't say thank you enough to D.A. for making my life 100% better! I couldn't have done this without you! Keep up the excellent work you do!
