Dogtra products are high quality and will provide years of service. I have a 200NCP collar that I purchased 20 yrs ago and it still is working. Just did replace the batteries in the units.

Dogtra has excellent customer service combined with excellent products. They keep the client aware of the status of their order from the initial order confirmation through the shipped process. I am extremely happy with the products and highly recommend them as this is the 4th product we've purchased from them. The prices are reasonable as well given the high quality of the product.

After using your product I was able to obedience train my Siberian Husky which is a difficult breed to train. Excellent product and I recommend it wholeheartedly especially if you have a problem dog.

Replacement part for my IQ trainer are spot on! Not sure why it takes a week for shipping.
